Describe your cooking style in three words: I eat everything.
What’s your signature dish? Probably a cake of some description. I love baking cakes to a ridiculous degree.
What do you think is the most underrated ingredient? Salt and lemons. I find both absolutely indispensable.
What’s the best cooking advice you’re ever received? Have your mise en place ready—ingredients measured and prepared—that takes out a lot of the stress out of cooking.
If you could share a meal with anyone in history who would it be? My readers, because they are so much fun and love food as much as I do.
