What’s your signature dish? All kinds of spelt bread.
What do you think is the most underrated ingredient? Aubergine. It is a great vegetable with a lot of potential and it’s not used enough.
What’s the best cooking advice you’ve ever received? Taste everything you cook and don’t be afraid to season your dishes.
If you could share a meal with anyone in history who would it be? Ivo Andric, he is my favorite writer and a lot of times he would describe traditional Bosnian dishes in his books.
