Based in New Hampshire, this cooking blog is more than simply fabulous breakfast food, it features delicious, seasonal, local vegan treats with an emphasis on health and well-being.

What do you think is the most underrated ingredient? The chickpea. There are countless ways to use the chickpea; they are so inexpensive and versatile.
What’s the best cooking advice you’ve ever received? There are no mistakes just creative bumps that are potentially delicious if treated the right way and not as a mishaps.
If you could share a meal with anyone in history who would it be? Hunter S. Thompson—the conversation would never be dull, he is incredibly interesting and wild. Oh, the stories he could tell.
