Describe your cooking style in three words: Healthy. Not-guilty. Unique.
I adapt every single recipe to vegan people. I'm not vegan (yet) but I love the philosophy and I really like to prove both healthy and vegan recipes can be delicious!
What’s your signature dish? I don't think I have one. But my deserts always have a lot of fans. I adapt all my recipes to vegan and "guilty" free.
What do you think is the most underrated ingredient? Probably Tofu. Most people never tried it or just don't know how to cook it. But it happens with many other vegan substitutes.
What’s the best cooking advice you’re ever received? When someone told me that the baking temperature should be higher when the product is smaller. Really a great tip! You can bake small things really fast and they are as delicious. We save time, electricity and it is really worth it.
If you could share a meal with anyone in history who would it be? I never thought about it but I would say Beyoncé. She's an inspiration for every women and she is vegan: that's my short-term goal.
